TERMS
AND CONDITIONSWe do not allow spamming
or listing on newsgroups, or any other fraudulent method. In the event
any of the above conditions exist, we will invalidate all current
traffic and terminate your account without notice.
The Sun Cabo Vacations tracking system will be the sole method for
determining the payments and will be binding on both parties. We will
provide you with a password and login name for up to the minute
monitoring. Sun Cabo Vacations will pay you either $75 OR 5% commission,
the choice is yours, for
travelers who click on our banner at your website and then
subsequently book accommodations.
RULES
If you opt for the 5%, we will send payment, check or wire, within 2 weeks of the
departure date for each and every booking you refer. All payments and
amounts mentioned in this Agreement are in US Dollars.
If you opt for the $75, we will send payment, check or wire, on
the 7th day of each month for sales generated for the previous month All payments and
amounts mentioned in this Agreement are in US Dollars.
You may change your account between the 5% or $75/booking plan at
any time. Your account will then be processed as such from that point
forward. Previous sales are locked into whichever plan was active at
the time.
We may terminate any account for any reason with full payment.
We may modify any of the terms contained in this Agreement at any
time by posting them on our website
