Villa Thunderbird is a custom built home. The main house is 5000 sq. ft. under roof and 3000 sq ft of outside deck living space. The main house has four master suites with private baths. Each bedroom is built in the round with 12 ft of glass facing the Pacific Ocean. The upper deck gives you a 130 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, an elevated spa with water cascading into the pool with a swim up bar.

Casa Thunderbird (guest house) has its own private entrance and is an additional 1400 sq ft under roof and 600 sq ft of outdoor living space.  There is a spiral stair case that connects the Casa with the Villa. It has two master suites with private baths. Great ocean views from the decks. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to a sun deck with outdoor spa with a waterfall
