The large courtyard centers around a fountain and is surrounded by lush green lawns and landscaping featuring two whimsical tree sculptures of birds. The double door entrance of the house has light marble floors and a unique circular aviary with a small waterfall. The living has deep rich couches and an entertainment center. The formal dining room seats 8. The kitchen has a large island, 2 sub zero stainless steel refrigerators, a large viking range and a TV. This living, dining, kitchen area has a balcony overlooking the pool. There are three bedrooms in the main part of the house as well as a media room, three outside guest suites and servant's quarters. Master Suite - features plush white carpeting, white suede furniture, living room, office, huge ensuite, and walk-in closet with mahogany cabinets. Walk down 2 steps to the bedroom area where there is a king size bed. Directly in front of the king size bed is a bank of large windows that completely open the wall, shutter-like to reveal an open air stunning view of Cabo San Lucas Bay. Bedroom 2 - 2 king size beds with full ensuite and walk in closet. Views of Cabo San Lucas Bay. Bedroom 3 - 2 queen size beds with full ensuite. Media Room #1 - entertainment center, custom designed couch which converts into a queen size bed. Walk in closet, ensuite and balcony. This room makes a very nice 7 bedroom should the need arise. The pool area is amazing. The cliff hugging infinity pool provides spectacular views and features a mosaic marlin, bridge to an elevated jacuzzi surrounded by glass and a swim up palapa bar! There are plenty of lounge chairs and a built in sofa under a shady bamboo overhang. Directly under the pool is a multi purpose room originally intended as a gym. Sitting at the very top of the cliff is a large open air rotunda with a semi-circular bar. A perfect dance floor, party or ceremony area - the views are no less then stunning. Under the open air rotunda is media room #2. Circular with a bar area and a bathroom. Bedroom #4 - a double bed with small living/entertaining area (couch, chair, coffee table, tv) and ensuite - views of Cabo San Lucas Bay. Guest Suite #2 - 2 queen size beds and ensuite.
