Villa La Estancia offers 2 bedroom condos which surround you with 2,039 square feet of luxurious comfort. From your balcony, you have a private view of an endless sparkling silver strand of beach, the sapphire Sea of Cortez and dramatic views of "Land's End."

You'll enjoy the benefits of  a 5-star resort. From a full-service spa to fine-dining, to private tennis courts to room service.

Gorgeous furnishing include TV and VCR in the living room and each of the two bedrooms.  Damask linens and two bar fridges on the spacious deck.  Patio furnishing that seat 6 comfortably.  Formal dining room for six and a breakfast bar for 4.  All modern appliances including dishwasher and washer and dryer.  Microwave, blender and toaster.

The 3 bedroom units at Villa La Estancia  provide an additional master suite with king sized bed and bathroom, again with a large Jacuzzi tub.  Several of the 3 bedroom units are also Ocean front.

• CHECK-IN RECEPTION Twenty-four hours a day, you'll have friendly, attentive front-desk staff at your service.
• CONCIERGE & MAID SERVICES Need assistance soliciting a deep sea charter . . . or simply want to have additional maid service? Just call the  professional staff at Villa La Estancia, maid service is an additional charge for many of the units, please check with us when booking.
• BUSINESS CENTER & HOSPITALITY ROOM You may be hundreds of miles from the real world, but you're not out of reach. At the full-service Business Center, you can send and receive faxes, check e-mail, make copies and write documents. In other words, you'll have everything you need to conduct business as usual. And when you need to have a small gathering or simply want to relax,  take advantage of the Hospitality Room.
• ROOM SERVICE With the ocean view and refreshing sea breeze gracing your terrace, you may never want to leave your room. You don't have to. All you have to do is call room service for a perfectly prepared dinner with a vintage cabernet.

• VILLA DEL PALMAR Staying at Villa la Estancia, you are also entitled to all of the extraordinary privileges at the adjoining resort property, Villa del Palmar.
• FULL-SERVICE SPA The Spa is a retreat for both the body and soul. Here, you can choose from a variety of rejuvenating treatments, including deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, revitalizing facials, steam room and dry sauna. Give yourself the pampering you deserve.
• RESTAURANTS Villa La Estancia offers a swim up bar and American Grill poolside as well as fine dining.  Villa del Palmar offers two tasteful options for dining. Treat yourself to Mexican and Italian favorites or cocktails by the ocean at Restaurant Bella California. And for a romantic dinner under the stars with lively entertainment, come indulge in the culinary creativity at Las Tortugas.
• DELI & MARKET When you need food or supplies for your Villa, all you have to do is take a quick walk to our deli & market. There you'll find everything from groceries and home essentials to gifts for your friends back home.
• FITNESS CENTER Looking for a complete workout? The fitness center at Villa LaEstancia is a fully-staffed, comprehensive facility that is equipped with some of the most advanced cardiovascular and muscle-toning equipment today. Or try the gym at Villa Del Palmar there the center even offers body composition analysis and personal training assistance.
• LAUNDRY Playing on the beach has a way of making dirty clothes pile up. But never fear if you don't want to use your Villa's washer and dryer. Have our full-service laundry facility do it for you.
• POOLS & TENNIS Villa del Palmar also offers a cascade of pools and waterfalls, as well as additional lighted championship tennis courts for your enjoyment.
