As you enter the front door opening into the grand foyer's vaulted ceiling you see expansive views out to the Sea of Cortez, the great room and dining room appear in rich Mexican style.

The terrace beyond through glass sliding doors leads you to the comfortable trellis shaded seating area adjacent to a warming outdoor fireplace. The expansive gourmet kitchen with an island cook top and fine American and European appointments including Sub Zero refrigeration, opens to a bright morning nook and to the dining area at the view side. Bay windows provide additional views to the golf and beaches below. The main level master bedroom has private access to the terrace. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath with skylight above. Double sink and vanity, his and her closets and master linens add a fine touch. A 4th bedroom is privately tucked away by the courtyard and is perfect for kids or a couple wanting extra privacy.

Lower level master bedrooms compliment the den with wet bar creating a retreat from the upper level activities.
