Casa Theodore - 9 bedrooms, with the exception of the master bedroom, which has a King sized bed the others all have queens. The main house offers 4 bedrooms and the master bedroom. The 2 bedroom guest house also has a Jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms, walk-in closets, a sundeck with great ocean views and a private terrace. The guest apartment is a studio, with its own bathroom, TV/VCR and private entrance. The house has a fully equipped kitchen that contains all the appliances and conveniences you would expect from a property this nice. The house has a water purification system so the water is safe to use. The living room has satellite TV (DirecTV), VCR and a video library. There is a stereo system for CDs.
