This custom built house is 2,400 square feet and is situated within the gated community of Pedregal.  It is one of the few homes in Cabo that is truly walking distance from Cabo's famous night life and yet offers a secure and quiet vacation home.  

The house offers everything you would want in a vacation home, with a private pool and adjoining spa - it is designed as a 2 bedroom house with 2 other bedrooms separate from the main house.  This gives a feeling of additional privacy for couples staying at the house.

Just a 5 minute walk down the cobblestone streets will take you to the main shopping district of Cabo San Lucas, where you can enjoy quality restaurants and an active nightlife.
