Casa Cascadas

This Villa has 4 master bedrooms with King sized beds in each and private ensuite bathrooms.  Located in the exclusive Pegregal of Cabo San Lucas, Casa Cascadas has an excellent location 1 mile to downtown Cabo and ¼ mile from the Pacific Ocean. It has 8500 sq feet and magnificent ocean views. There is also a sitting room with a twin bed. 

It features a large rooftop sundeck with king bed, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, palapa shade, BBQ area, and outdoor shower. It comes complete with 55" big screen satellite TV and 25" TVs in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. It also has a large stereo sound system, CD player, and VCR. 

There is air-conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in every room. It has a full kitchen with all appliances and utensils including dishwasher and also has a washer and dryer.  Daily maid service is included with this Villa.
