Casa Aventura, let the adventure begin. This high quality, elegantly furnished private home sits high above the Sea of Cortez in the prestigious, secure, gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado, located between Palmilla and the Westin Regina resorts along the corridor between the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. To the north and west are the Sierra De La Laguna mountains, to the south is the Sea of Cortez, and east is the colonial town of San Jose del Cabo. Besides views of the Sea of Cortez, mountain views in the other directions add to the scenic beauty surrounding Casa Aventura. Seven world class golf courses are within 15 miles of Casa Aventura, access to all is available with this rental.

A swimming pool with a spacious deck area, a large palapa with outdoor charcoal grill, green grass and landscaping with beautiful flowering bougainvillas, hibiscus, coconut palms and royal palms add to the tropical ambiance of this Moorish-style home. Large verandahs wrap around the ocean side of both floors.

The private beach on the Sea of Cortez is a 10 minute walk from the front door. It is secluded and one of the best in the area. On most days you will be the only ones there. Within 10 miles are snorkeling coves for those wishing to explore the many underwater sites of this pristine sea. Whales abound from December to April. Los Cabos is known for its deep sea fishing, yet the deep sea is within sight of the shore. If golf or fishing isn't your passion, perhaps exploring the desert or other secluded areas of Baja California will provide your adventure. Of course, just lounging around the pool and relaxing with nature is an adventure in pleasure all by itself.

This home is owner occupied for half of the year. High speed Internet access is provided. Housekeeping and gardener is included in the price. A Toyota 4Runner is available with the rental at modest additional cost.
