Villa Phoenix - Punta Ballena - Ocean View Villa
This beautiful Spanish Colonial-style villa is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Punta Ballena. For even more privacy, this property has its own entrance gate surrounding a beautifully-landscaped front yard. Brilliant flowers, green grass, large palm trees and an elegant fountain welcome guests to this home.

The interior design features neutral white walls accented by colorful modern furniture, bright fabrics, and dark woods. Decorative niches filled with pottery and artwork climb up the main wall in the living room. The formal dining area as well as the living room looks out over the patio and the brilliant blue Sea of Cortez. Adjacent to the dining room there is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a small breakfast bar.

Sun filters through the windows, illuminating the high ceilings and beautiful double staircase that leads up to the second floor bedrooms. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, all with ensuite baths that feature exquisite marble accents. Connecting off the bedrooms, an expansive balcony stretches across the length of the second floor, offering breathtaking ocean vistas.
