The Beach House - Costa Brava - Beach Front Villa
Casa de la Playa is located beachfront on the white sands of the almost deserted beach at El Tule. This beautiful home makes the very most of its surroundings and its entertaining areas all open up to the outside and frame the sand and Sea of Cortez in the background.
The house has 5 suites and a 6th bedroom that is ideal for a nanny or a couple at a push, it has a queen size bed and ensuite as do the other bedrooms. Two of the suites are right at the level of the beach and have small private balconies. The rest of the house is on a single floor one level with the pool and expansive patio area.
The new owners have added an outdoor Jacuzzi to make this wonderful pool area complete. As the pictures show the view of the pool with the blues of the ocean behind are mesmerizing.
Dining areas both inside and outside can comfortably seat 10-12 guests and if you enjoy cooking you will delight in the fully equipped kitchen or the grill on the patio area.
