Rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25% (increasing to 9.25% for stays after July 1, 2010) and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

$2,500 plus credit card guarantee is requested as a house security damage deposit.

Outclean Charge - $750 plus 4.166% GE tax is collected with the final payment as "out-cleaning". The owner reserves the right to charge for cleaning in excess of a budget of $750 should the house be left excessively messy or soiled.
