The three bedroom main villa is complimented by two fully self contained casitas for a total of five bedrooms which
are opulently decorated and accented with fine artwork. The bathroom stone work is intricate and beautiful — the
accomplishment of a local artisan. The colors are warm and welcoming.
The focal point is outdoor living. The multilevel patio features an over-sized pool with palapa swim up bar and a
complete outdoor entertainment area complete with full kitchen, dining area, and media center. A fire pit is perfect for cooler evenings when you still want
to enjoy the sea at your doorstep.
A mere six steps and you become one with the beach and a few more steps and you can bathe in the warm and inviting waters of the Sea of Cortez. Casa del Costa Tranquilo is a place to relax and reconnect.
This villa is an environmentally friendly villa! It is solar powered, but also has a backup generator for when the battery power runs low. It does have Air Conditioning and all of the amenities that you're used to. All that's asked is you try to conserve power and water when possible.
