gated community of Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. It now has 9
bedrooms (6 with whitewater view) and 7 baths. The main
house has 5 bedrooms and there is also a guesthouse with 2-
bedrooms and a guest apartment with 1-bedroom. All have a
private entrance, however each can access the main house
through a lockable stairway connection. Amenities include
heated swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, daily maid service, DDS
TV, VCR with video library, stereo with CD sound system,
full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, washer/dryer,
2 telephone lines (in main house and guest house), barbecue,
purified water system, jacuzzi tub in master bath, and
spectacular ocean views of the Pacific Ocean.

There is a full Home Theatre System in the MAIN HOUSE, which
includes DIRECTV (225 channels - 32 movie channels, 100
entertainment channels, 31 digital music channels, and all
the sports packages available from the NFL, NBA, MLB as well
as all the hot college sports), DVD Player, VCR w/Movie
Library and Stereo w/Carousel CD Players.All systems are
completely integrated with Surround Sound.

The Guest House and Guest Apartment rentals include all of
the above.
