Casa Radda - El Encanto - Ocean View Villa
Casa Radda located on the second tier of El Encanto de La
Laguna is only a stone throw from the beach. The home is
spacious with approximately 3,600 square feet of interior
air conditioned space, ample terraces both covered and open,
and a large open backyard with private infinity pool,
Jacuzzi, palapa swim up bar, outdoor cooking center, and
fire-pit. All four bedrooms have great ocean views. The
backyard is perfect for entertaining with views to Palmilla
Point and the white sand beach approximately 250 feet from
the home. The home has a blend of clean contemporary
furniture and cabinetry combined with the hacienda style
architecture of El Encanto creating a unique combination
that will make you feel like you are in a spa like oasis.
The kitchen of this home is open and complete with all
appliances needed to make a gourmet dinner that you can
enjoy on the large outdoor dining table under the terrace.
The home has lush and mature landscaping with beautiful
stone work. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5
bathrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a king size bed
and large spa like bathroom. There is a duplicate master
bedroom above, perfect for two couples that want to each
