Casa Punta Vista - Pedregal - Ocean View Villa
Casa Punta Vista provides plenty of space for families and large groups. With 7 bedrooms and a children's room. this stunning new Cabo villa sits high on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Located in the prestigious gated Pedregal neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas, this elegantly furnished 6,500 sq. ft. home enjoys views of the Pacific Ocean from all bedrooms and the great room and pool area. Entry into the house is through tropical landscaped gardens and the front door open into a foyer beyond which is the great room. Red brick domes give the communal areas a feeling of air and spaciousness.
The great room opens out to the pool area which features a custom infinity pool and spa. Outdoor living is complete with a cooking area under a circular palapa, lighting and built-in seating. A stairway leads to a lower patio that is ideal for escaping to to watch either the whales or the sun set.
The house has a gourmet kitchen with its top of the line appliances, including a Viking range. While you might not want to spend much of your vacation cooking you might change your mind in this case, the kitchen really is a pleasure.
The Master suite has a king size bed, TV and includes a small kitchenette/wet bar and large walk-in closet with built-in cabinets and bookshelves. The ensuite has a bath tub (with ocean view) and separate shower, double sinks and dressing table. Also adjoining this suite is an additional bath and second bedroom with ensuite and a double bed in it.
Two additional suites are also at this level. Each bedroom has it's own private patio, ensuite and king size beds.
On the lower level, there are an additional three suites with patios, two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a double and a twin day bed. All baths have marble-tiled showers and granite vanity tops.
Central air conditioning is provided in the house in eight zones and ceiling fans throughout the home make it pleasant even on the hottest Baja day. This part of Cabo San Lucas is also cooler than the town side and along the corridor during the summer.
