Casa Oliver - Puerto Los Cabos - Beach Front Villa
Casa Oliver is an ultra luxurious beach front home in Puerto Los Cabos designed with the comfort of the guests in mind. The house uses Creston's Total Home Technology to ensure that the house is easy to use as soon as you arrive but it is not the technology that makes this villa so memorable. The construction and finishing with tropical hardwoods, marble, granite and Venetian plaster create an environment as elegant as the natural beauty of the beach and ocean it is located on.
The house offers 6 bedrooms with a separate apartment that can double as staff quarters available to make a 7th. Four of the bedrooms have king beds and two of the bedrooms are furnished with a pair of queen beds, all the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Guests also have a media room which is more of a private movie theatre, gymnasium, spa and massage area, and art studio to enjoy. Cabo is all about outdoor living and Casa Oliver optimizes this with doors and windows that fully retract opening up the great room and master bedroom to the terrace and pool area. There is an abundance of chairs, sun beds and other furniture outside by the pool, even in the pool, on the sun deck roof areas, and available from the lower level for the beach itself.
To ensure your comfort the house comes with 2 maids, butler and professionally trained chef. There are also two full size SUVs at your disposal with your proof of insurance. Guests also have access to the beach club and preferential guest access to tee times on the Greg Norman designed golf course.
