Casa Maya - El Encanto - Beach Front Villa
Casa Maya is a 4-bedroom 4-bathroom beachfront home with
approximately 3,150 square feet of interior air-conditioned
space, located in the community El Encanto de La Laguna. The
home has 2 master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, large
open terrace, and expansive views to the Sea of Cortez and
Palmilla Point.
There is one guest room located downstairs with private
garden terrace and queen size bed. On the second level there
is a casita or detached bedroom with private exterior entry
way, ocean view, private terrace, private 3/4 bathroom, and
king-size bed. The home is tastefully decorated with
beautiful furniture and fabrics throughout. There is a
spacious kitchen, laundry room, separate dining area, and 2-
car garage.
The homes backyard is the perfect location to enjoy the
sights and sounds of the Sea of Cortez. Literally right off
the back wall is the white sand beach for which El Encanto
de la Laguna is well known. There is an infinity edge pool
and Jacuzzi, a palapa swim-up bar with barstools located in
the pool and a fire-pit. Inside of the palapa area there is
a sink and gas BBQ, perfect for bringing the catch of the
day right off the beach. From the palapa bar one can walk
down the stairs to the storage area with bathroom/shower and
open the double doors that go right onto the sand. Casa Maya
is the perfect beachfront escape located outside of the
tourist zone only 15 minutes from the conveniences of
downtown San Jose del Cabo.
