Casa Buena Vida - Pedregal - Ocean Front Villa
Located in the gated community of Pedregal this palatial 10-
bedroom villa enjoys great views of the ocean and beach.
Its location on the Pacific side of Pedregal ensures
spectacular sunsets. Completed in early 2001, this
beautiful villa totals over 17,500 square feet of indoor &
outdoor living space (11,000 under roof and 6,500 feet
outdoors). The entire house has marble floors both indoors
and outdoors.
The dramatic entry into Villa Buena Vida is on the main
level with two cascading water walls. The kitchen, pantry,
living, dining, entertainment and game rooms are located on
the main level and feature a 14-foot high ceiling. The sound
and sight of the Pacific greets you on entering the front
door. All of the rooms on the main level of Villa Buena Vida
have clear views of the ocean.
While the house was designed with a high regard for
function, luxury was not ignored with six of the nine
bedrooms (3 on the upper level with private decks and 3 on
the lower level with a large shaded deck) built to master
suite standards with private marbled baths. The seventh
bedroom is located on the main level and currently co-exists
as a den/office with private bath. All seven-bedroom suites
have views to the Pacific Ocean.
The last two bedrooms share their own private kitchen,
living room, dining room, bath and laundry room and are
ideal for guests with small children looking for a little
more seclusion. This private family quarter is nicknamed
"Casita Pescado" and is a house within the house. Every
bedroom has a TV with satellite reception, a 3-CD player,
air-conditioning and its own uniquely decorated theme.
Villa Buena Vida has its own 24/7 security guard/caretaker,
private electronic security gate and fencing. With the house
set far from the street, there is over 3,500 square feet of
driveway and off-street parking within the secured grounds.
